Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) governs your use of FeedbackThing (“we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Service”). By accessing or using FeedbackThing, you agree to comply with this Policy. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Service.

- To use the boards or changelogs to engage in harassment, spam, or other disruptive behavior.


2. User Responsibilities

When using FeedbackThing, you agree to:

- Provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account.

- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

- Use the Service in a manner that respects the rights and safety of others.

2.2 Content Ownership and Maintenance

- You are solely responsible for the content that you or your users post in changelogs, feedback boards, or other interactive features of the Service.

- You must ensure that all user-generated content complies with this Policy and applicable laws.

- You are responsible for moderating, reviewing, and removing any inappropriate, unlawful, or non-compliant content posted by your users.

- You must take immediate action to address any violations reported to you by us, other users, or third parties.


3. Reporting Violations

If you believe someone is violating this Policy, please notify us immediately at support@feedbackthing.pro. We reserve the right to investigate any violations and take appropriate action, including reporting illegal activities to law enforcement.


4. Enforcement and Termination

We may monitor your use of the Service, including user-generated content, to ensure compliance with this Policy. If we determine that you have violated this Policy, we may, at our sole discretion:

- Suspend or terminate your access to the Service.

- Require you to remove or moderate user-generated content.

FeedbackThing is not liable for any user-generated content posted in changelogs, feedback boards, or other interactive features of the Service. You assume full responsibility for managing and maintaining the compliance of content within your account.

FeedbackThing complies with applicable European Union laws, including but not limited to:

- The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for data protection and user privacy.

- Applicable regulations governing e-commerce, digital services, and consumer rights.


7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
